Areas of Application

The equipment is used as component parts of measuring systems based on the IEA RS-485 fieldbus and/or unified electrical analog signals:
  • to measure RMS value and instantaneous amplitude of an input voltage or charge signal;
  • to integrate the input voltage or charge signal and to measure RMS value and instantaneous amplitude of the integrated input signal;
  • to measure RMS value and instantaneous amplitude of vibration acceleration and velocity;
  • to measure frequency;
  • to convert the measured values into a digital code, an output unified DC current (4–20 mA) and voltage (0–5 V) signal.

Distinctive features:

  • universal measuring voltage converters MVC-01 and MVC-01М;
  • measuring charge converters together MCC-01 and MCC-01М with primary transducers that are included in the equipment kit are intended for measurement of vibration parameters;
  • multiplex data exchange channel (fieldbus);
  • availability of constant voltage at input connectors of measuring transducers MVC-01 and MVC-01М for connection of primary transducers with in-built electronics;
  • availability of analogue (unified – 4 ± 20 mA; instantaneous value – 0 ± 5 V) and discrete (relay)* outputs;
  • adjustment, switching of measurement modes, cut-off frequency of filters via interface RS-485;
  • explosion-proofness – spark-safe circuit.*

Single values of measured parameters are not specified if the modes corresponding to them are not used.
