They are intended for replacement of standard heat insulating mats of expansion joints and flanged connections of recuperative pipes of GTK-25IR, GTNR-25I units in case of their deterioration.

Distinctive features

Usage of domestic heat-insulating material on the basis of ultrafine fiber glass provides for minimum heat conductivity and excludes emmision of hazardous substances at heating. The fibers of filling material do not fracture during mounting and operation, hence, there is no glass particles emission. The quilting of a padding with filling material provides for fixedness of filling material with respect to padding. Double casing (padding and cover) provides for increase of the mat's service life. During operation the mats' material do not cockle under infulence of vibration with 0–100 Hz frequency and amplitude up to 0,01 mm.
