A set of heli-coil inserts "Heli Coil"comprises 256 inserts with the dimensions corresponding to those specified in the Table including maintenance tools (removal of old heli-coil inserts, calibration of threaded holes, assembly of heli-coil inserts).

Distinctive features

Heli-coil inserts "Heli Coil" made of austenitic chromium-nickel steel make it possible to have joints withstanding heavy load in metals that have a low tensile strength, for exapmle, in basic parts made by casting including gas compressor units.

There is a wear-resistant connecting thread with low friction and constant moment of friction. Due to combination of diamteric dimensions of a diamond-shape springy coil and availabilty faceted winding there is no need to fix fixture elements with glue or spring washer. Elasticity of heli-coil insert provides for more uniform axial load distribution and highquality adhesion of flank surfaces.
