It operates as constituent part of software-hardware tools to convert signals of a resistive temperature transducer with USC 50М, 100М into a current signal and can be also installed  in explosion hazard zones.

High precision of conversion in operating conditions without adjustment during its service  life, capability for operation in severe environment, galvanic isolation of input, output and  power supply circuits.

In automatic systems of operating main pipelines.

Description

Depending on its design, a measuring transducer converts the resistance of measuring probe with a resistive temperature transducer into output current signal of 0–5 mA or 4–20 mA and is connected to the measuring transducer via a 3-wire communication line.

Measuring transducer (MT) is mounted in a molded housing made of aluminum alloy. Inside the housing there are a circuit board and header.

Input devices of MT for telecontrol cables and measuring probes (MP) are located in a housing's mounts.The telecontol cable circuits and MPs are connected to the header with screws.

On the outside, on the housing's bottom there are five threaded holes, four of which are intended for MT mounting on a mounting base, and one hole for the housing grounding. MT's housing and its cover have resistant galvanic and decorative paint coatings. MT's circuit provides for galvanic isolation of input and output circuits from power supply circuits. Connection diagram of MT and that one for connection to the MP while using MPs being analogous to IKLZh.405212.002 or IKLZh.405212.003 are presented in Fig. 4.1 and 4.2.
