MP is mounted in a moulded steel housing.
There are three copper temperature-sensitive elements (CTSE) with unique sensor curve (USC 100М) according to GOST 6651-94 (one of them – operating, two elements – duplicating). The duplicating CTSEs are inteneded for evaluation of reliability of temperature measurement by operating CTSE and they used if the operating CTSE fails.
All surfaces of the housing have a corrosion proof galvanic coating. So as to enhance the MP resistivity to corrosion its housing additionally is coated with coal-tar vanish.
