The device IVP is applied for determining metrological characteriscs of sensors using an equivalent method, the sensors operation is based on noncontact eddy current measurement mode of vibration displecement and speed of rotation:
  • irregularity of frequency response (IFR);
  • range and basic error of rotation speed measurement.
Main area of application in the course of manufacture and operation of eddy current transducers – simulation of the impact of controlled metal surface:
  • subjected to vibration – for vibration displacement control sensors (instead of vibration machine);
  • rotating toothed gear wheel – for rotation speed sensors (instead of tachometer unit).
